Preorders

Preorders will usually be shipped 2 - 3 weeks after the preorder period ends. 

Pre-orders are final sale and can not be cancelled or modified. Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective.

Orders with both in-stock products and preorder products will ship altogether once the preorder products are ready to be shipped. If you wish to receive in-stock products first, separate orders should be made for in-stock products and preorder products.
